Does that sound awful? Maybe it does but it really isn’t that bad. Remember Popeye? I used to watch the cartoon when I was a kid. Then, I was thinking how someone can eat a can of spinach to become strong. Now, I finally understand. Spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A (in the form of carotenoids), manganese, folate, magnesium, iron, copper, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin E, calcium, potassium, and vitamin C. It is a very good source of dietary fiber, phosphorus, vitamin B1, zinc, protein, and choline. Cucumber is made by of 95% water which means it is super hydrating for us. It is also loaded with vitamin K, B vitamins, copper, potassium, vitamin C, and manganese. If this is your first attempt at trying something so green, have at least 50% fruits to mask the taste of the spinach. Let me share my experiment with you.
