Eating healthy doesn’t require a lot of work. At least for me, I always try to aim for food that is simple and easy to prepare but of course there are days where I feel like doing more but that aside, I think all of us need to take care of our own health in order to do good to whatever you are doing.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of white quinoa soaked at least half an hour before hand
1/4 cup carrot julienned
1/4 firm tofu cubed
1/4 cup shredded cabbage
1 tsp lemongrass turmeric paste (bought or blended on your own.)
Salt to taste
Methods:
- Rinsed the quinoa and cook it with 1 cup of water and a pinch of salt.
- In a heated wok, fry the tofu until lightly brown and place aside.
- Saute the carrots and cabbage, once soften, add in the salt and lemongrass turmeric paste.
- After that, add in the tofu and quinoa. Mix them up well.
