Kale Carrot Millet Porridge

 Ingredients:

1/4 cup of millet

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 carrot diced or sliced

2 cups of kale

freshly grounded black pepper

a pinch of tumeric

salt to taste

Methods:

1. Wash the millet and boil it with 2 cups of water.

2. Add the carrot, minced garlic, tumeric and salt together with the millet.

3. Add in the kale after the millet is cooked.

4. Sprinkle the black pepper.

5. Ready to serve.
